1. ORDERS

1.1 All orders require full payment prior to processing unless otherwise specified in writing by TUCASA SANITARY WARE TRADING LLC.

1.2 Prices provided directly by our sales team are valid for 30 days from the date of quotation. After this period, prices are subject to change.

1.3 If the customer chooses to use their own carrier for shipment, the customer must provide complete carrier details and account number at the time of order.

1.4 TUCASA SANITARY WARE TRADING LLC is not responsible for any damage or loss once the order has been handed over to the customer’s chosen carrier.

1.5 A packaging and handling fee of 1% of the order total will be applied to all orders. This fee is non-refundable.

5. DUTIES & TAXES

5.1 Shipments may be subject to import taxes, duties, and customs fees, depending on the destination country.

5.2 These fees are the sole responsibility of the customer and are not included in the sale price.

6. CANCELLATION POLICY

6.1 Customers may cancel an order within 24 hours of receipt by TUCASA SANITARY WARE TRADING LLC, provided the order has not yet been shipped.

6.2 Once an order has been shipped, cancellations are not permitted.

6.3 Any bank fees or additional costs incurred by TUCASA SANITARY WARE TRADING LLC in the event of cancellation will be the responsibility of the customer.
